Description of Services

Fast First Consulting provides business consulting services, including but not limited to marketing, hiring, scaling, sales training, and management advisory services (the “Consulting Services”). The specific scope, terms, and fees for any Consulting Services engagement will be set out separately in a written engagement agreement or proposal between Fast First Consulting and the client. These Terms govern general use of the Site and our general business communications; where a signed engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.
 

No Guarantee of Results

Business consulting inherently involves judgment, strategy, and factors outside our control, including market conditions, client execution, and third-party actions. Fast First Consulting does not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue increase, growth rate, hiring result, or business result from use of our Services. Any examples, case studies, or illustrative figures referenced in our marketing materials are illustrative only and not a promise of similar results for your business.
 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business you represent in order to use our Services or enter into an engagement with us. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
 

No Professional Advice

Nothing provided through our Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Our Consulting Services relate to general business strategy, marketing, hiring, sales, and management practices. You should consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or financial advisor for advice specific to legal, tax, or financial matters affecting your business.
 

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Fees and Payment

Fees for Consulting Services engagements will be set out in a separate written engagement agreement or proposal. 
 

User Submissions and Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other content to us through the Site or otherwise (“Feedback”), you grant Fast First Consulting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that Feedback into our Services without obligation or compensation to you.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
 

Indemnification
